It will help overcome any current difficulties with starting and running a franchise business (Kotler et al., 2020). Franchise employees have several advantages over their counterparts. They excel at promoting workers to management positions before providing additional non-wage compensation. Cooperation with Amazon also has benefits; since the company is engaged in sales, its partners can focus on developing their delivery business and not worry about purchases.
