Network operation is a complex mechanism in which there are many complex moments. Franchising problems can affect the work of both the franchisee and the franchisor. I would open an Amazon franchise for e-commerce and get a quality experience. Although there is an opinion that a franchise is an easier way to do business, it has many aspects and possible problems.
To begin with, I will need to pay an initial fee, a brand rental fee. Sometimes it requires too much money, so one should study the market and focus on financial opportunities. It is important to remember that the franchise also needs further investments in addition to the initial contribution (Palmatier & Crecelius, 2019). To start an Amazon Delivery franchise, I should have about 200-300 square feet of space in a convenient area of town or anywhere it is needed. Consideration have to be given to the demand to open a franchise in a particular location to maximize profits (Palmatier & Crecelius, 2019). In addition to renting a room, it is necessary to purchase the necessary equipment: this includes, for example, a computer, printer, and delivery vehicles. Furthermore, the costs will also include hiring workers and possible staff expansion.
Successful franchising must be built on trust, so a positive relationship between parties is essential. It will help overcome any current difficulties with starting and running a franchise business (Kotler et al., 2020). Franchise employees have several advantages over their counterparts. They excel at promoting workers to management positions before providing additional non-wage compensation. Cooperation with Amazon also has benefits; since the company is engaged in sales, its partners can focus on developing their delivery business and not worry about purchases.
