When ordering custom essays with EssaysInCollege.com, you agree to follow the terms and conditions as presented below:

You will be issued a refund if:

• No writer was assigned to your order.
• Your essay order was delivered late. In this case, a partial refund will be issued (price will be recalculated in accordance with the new deadline).
  • If the inconsistent instructions you specified caused a delay (i.e. a writer started working on your order, whereas the files needed for the work were not provided (i.e. editing services), the order cannot be legible for a refund due to our late service delivery.
  • If you sent your order for revision, a new deadline should be set (not included into the initial deadline). Thus, the order cannot be eligible for refund due to late service delivery, given a new deadline set by you for the writer was met.

• You decide to cancel your essay order:
  • If you cancel an order after we assign a writer to your paper, and the writer has started working on it, the maximum amount of refund that can be issued is 40% from the total price.
  • If you cancel an order after your payment is submitted, but before a writer is assigned, you are eligible for a full refund. Please, note that transaction costs, which constitute 20% of the total price, will not be refunded.

• You detect any instances of plagiarism. In this case, a refund depends on the % of plagiarized parts in the order. Please, send solid proofs and links along with the order to our customer support representative and we will investigate the matter.
• You are not satisfied with the ordered custom essays. In this case, we offer you unlimited revisions. The paper will be revised as many times as needed to meet the requirements you set.

If you add instructions after the writer has started working on your custom essay, you will be extra charged for additional services, such as extra pages, editing services, etc.

EssaysInCollege.com cannot guarantee a certain grade on the paper.

EssaysInCollege.com is not responsible for the delays caused by technical problems with your mail-server or Internet Service Provider.

If you happen to have complaints, your request must be provided in a written form within 2 weeks after the paper has been delivered to you. You can send your queries either to our support representatives or on e-mail account - support@essaysincollege.com.
